🔁 Returns & Replacements (Within 30 Days)

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged/defective item, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days after receiving your order.

To start a request, contact us at contact@gearka.com and include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and coordinate with our fulfillment partners to resolve it promptly.

⚙️ Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You receive the wrong product or model
  • Your package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered

Note: Returns for “change of mind” or used items are not accepted due to hygiene and quality control standards.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Incorrect orders caused by wrong address or customer input
  • Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items marked as Final Sale or part of clearance promotions

💳 Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s completed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is required, we’ll provide you with the correct return address of our fulfillment partner. Please do not return items directly to our U.S. office address, as they cannot be processed there.
